Villa Rustica

Villa Rustica is a ninety-six-unit, two-phased development designed as a contemporary Tuscan village. To create the village-like atmosphere, a lot of design emphasis was placed on richly varying gable molding and balustrade details.

This effect was further enhanced through careful color coordination of the various design elements. Villa Rustica had enormous appeal and was exceptionally well received in the marketplace.
