Porto Bello and Tantarini are two exciting complexes in Parklands that break away from the Tuscan flavor. These villas have a contemporary Spanish flair, with elements pronounced through clipped eaves and whitewashed walls.

The doors and windows were carefully proportioned with the use of shutters and bandings to complement the overall architecture. The general scale was broken down with the application of various wall finishes, and the ornate metalwork was showcased in the covered entrances and balustrading.
