Pimlico Place 1 & 2

Parklands was earmarked as an area for sustainable development and expansion. Pimlico Place 1 & 2 were contemporary-designed blocks situated amongst indigenously landscaped gardens. Positioned on either side of the road from one another, the buildings were sited to create a visually pleasing urban streetscape and a landscaped ‘entry’ into the existing suburb to the south.

Amounting to a total of eighty-eight units, equal consideration was given to the design of individual units as well as to the public spaces that surrounded them. All units featured generously sized two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Comfortable and contemporary finishes, secure site access, and variable outdoor public facilities ensured that the development could be enjoyed by all age groups.

Both developments stood as architecturally attractive additions to an exciting new urban landscape.
