Paradiso

This twenty-five unit development on Radar Road in Table View consists of a mix of duplex and simplex units. The site is bordered on its eastern boundary by the noisy and busy West Coast Road, and in response to this, duplex units were placed along this boundary, creating a buffer for the rest of the simplex units.

Cape Vernacular architecture was chosen for the scheme, highlighted by coining, plinths, and shutters. These elements were color-highlighted to provide visual emphasis.
