La Palmera

The La Palmera development was launched in January 2008. Built in the prestigious suburb of Gersham and consisting of twenty-two free-standing units, La Palmera was constructed in strict adherence to the Environmental Impact guidelines of the city of Cape Town.

The development, nestled in lush green and close to the Kuils River, is completely walled and secure, allowing its residents to enjoy both the quiet feel of country life while being closely situated to the rapidly growing urban surroundings.
