Camden Villas

The development consisted of thirty-two walk-up apartment units, arranged in four blocks of eight units each. All of the blocks were placed to face outward, taking advantage of the views and allowing for large private gardens.

The parking was centralized in an internal courtyard, restricting the amount of vehicular traffic between the units. A simple block was designed with a low-pitched roof and colored banding.
