Cambleton Crescent

The units were designed in a distinctly Tuscan style, evident in the detailed plaster banding, terracotta roofing, and various color details. Colors were also alternated between individual houses. Eachthree-bedroom, two-bathroom unit has a semi-enclosed patio with a built-in braai, which opens from the living area to the garden.

A total of eighteen free-standing units were built on various sites on Cambelton and Oakdale Roads, Northridge and Clifton Crescent, Parklands.
