This luxury residence is located along Bishops court Drive and replaced an existing 1950’s house on this prime property. The new residence is designed to take full advantage of the spectacular views the site has to offer. The brief from the client was to create a contemporary and liveable house in a Tuscan style.

The look was achieved through careful detailing of plaster mouldings, finishes and colours, and further complimented by arched timber doors and windows. Entry to the residence is through a large drive through Porte Cochere, which leads into a double volume entrance lobby. This lobby is complimented by a sweeping curved staircase, which ascends to the upper level.
