This twenty five-unit development on Radar Road in Table View was made up of a mix of duplex and simplex units. The site is bordered on its eastern boundary by the noisy and busy West Coast Road, and as a response to this, duplex units where placed along this boundary, creating a buffer to the rest of the simplex units.

Cape Vernacular Architecture was chosen for the scheme, which is highlighted by coining, plinths and shutters. These elements were colour highlighted to provide a visual emphasis.
