The units were designed in a distinctly Tuscan style, this being evident in the detailed plaster banding, terracotta roofing and various colour details. Colours were also alternated between individual houses. Each 3-bedroom 2-bathroom unit has a semi enclosed patio with built–in braai, which opens from the living area to the garden.

A total on 18 free standing units were built on various sites on Cambelton & Oakdale Roads, Northridge & Clifton Crescent, Parklands.
